What these terms cover

These terms apply to anyone reading the Roofing Buckeye website. The site is informational. It describes the roofing work we do in Buckeye, Arizona and nearby towns, and the only way to reach us through it is by phone. By using the site, you agree to the terms below.

General information, not a diagnosis of your roof

Our pages explain how roofs in the West Valley tend to age and fail: underlayment drying out under tile, sealant cracking around vent flashing, granules wearing off shingles after years of summer sun. That is general background. No web page can see the condition of your decking, the fasteners on your roof or the age of your underlayment.

Please do not make a repair or replacement decision from the site alone. An on-site inspection is what tells you what a specific roof needs.

Prices and estimates

Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer or a promise of availability. Cost depends on roof size, pitch, access, material, what is found underneath and any permit the City of Buckeye or another jurisdiction requires. Any price we give comes after we look at the roof and is put in writing. The terms of that written estimate, not this website, govern any work we agree to do.
